El conconete es un producto de origen dominicano. Conconete o coconete se dice es una galleta suave y gruesa, con aspecto rústico, con el coco como ingrediente principal, de ahí su aspecto rústico pero muy delicioso.
Los ingredientes de mis conconetes son: coco rallado, harina de trigo, polvo de hornear, gengibre, nuez moscada, leche entera y de coco, azúcar morena de caña, vainilla, huevos, mantequilla, canela molida, clavos dulces y malagueta...
